This Lamb adobo is a wonderful adobo recipe and as with all my Filipino recipes from my Filipino cooking channel (Naomi’s Filipino Kitchen) it is presented in English.
We have used Lamb but you could also cook a Goat adobo using the same recipe and ingredients: Goat adobo would be known as adobong kambing.
Some may ask what is adobo? or what is adobo sauce? Well Adobo is a traditional way of cooking in the Philippines to preserve food using vinegar. So adobo sauce would contain vinegar as one of the main ingredients.
In this video I show you how to cook a Filipino Adobo in very easy steps, all presented in English. This lamb adobo is basically a lamb stew recipe. We slow cook the lamb stew so that the meat is tender and juicy.
