INGREDIENTS

Raw mangoes
Turmeric powder
Mustard seeds
Asafoetida
Garlic
Chilli powder
Salt

Cut raw mangoes. Add salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder.
Rest it for 2 hours or for 1 day.
Put chilli powder into the juice
Ooses out from mangoes.

Add oil in a pan.
Cut garlic. After adding mustard seeds add garlic and then juice mixed with chillipowder. Cooked it and rest it to cool
After cooling add the mangoes into it.

Enjoy it. Your mango pickle is ready.
